Meet The Rising Stars, Part 5

October 12, 2025, The Association

Introducing the latest addition to this star-studded lineup of emerging leaders

The Association’s President & CEO, Jim Tedford, asked executive leaders in the field to bring their rising stars along with them to The Annual Conference next month. When an executive leader nominates someone on their team, the emerging leader will receive a 50% discount on registration. We were thoroughly inspired by the responses that Jim received, and thought you would be, too.

Erica Ylitalo, Director of Operations
Susquehanna SPCA

Nominated by: Stacie Haynes, MPA

Erica Ylitalo is Susquehanna SPCA’s Director of Operations. I’m thilled to nominate her as she is dedicated to a career in animal welfare.

She values education, and is not afraid of change. As a leader with our organization, she has shown growth in her skills, knowledge, and ability to manage people (staff, the public, and partners). She has CAWA in her vision.

Stacie Haynes, MPA, Executive Director, Susquehanna SPCA

Leaders, you still have time to nominate your rising star and receive discounted registration at The Annual Conference. Submit here.
