Post a Position

Follow the instructions below to post a job in our Career Center. Within the next 5 business days, your post will be reviewed by a member of our team. Once approved, it will be visible on The Association site.  

 

Read Tips for Writing Equitable Job Postings and consider incorporating these Seven Strategies for Eliminating Recruitment Bias. The Association gives preference to job postings that incorporate these model practices when promoting open positions across our communication channels.

Members

Full members of The Association may submit job postings to the Career Center for free for 30 days.

NOTE
• If you wish to extend the posting beyond the initial 30 days, the fee is $150 for an additional 30 days.
• After a period of 90 days, the ad will again be free to members.

Learning members and Non-members

Learning Members and Non-Members may submit job postings to the Career Center for $150 per Job Posting.

• These automated emails can be filtered out by your email software. If you did not receive your link immediately after your purchase, please email support@theaawa.org.

Considering that two non-member postings add up to more than the price of a one-year membership, it’s a savvy move to join The Association.
