A video that brings to life your organization’s mission

Prizes
Professional Choice
Awarded by animal welfare marketing experts, The Professional Choice Award will be granted to five winners (one winner per category).
Each winner will receive 1,500 lbs of Hill’s Pet Nutrition pet food.
People’s Choice
One Grand Prize and One First Prize will be awarded to the videos with the most votes from the general public voting on the Hill’s website.
Each winner will receive a trophy and cash prize to continue their effort to help pets in need.
Grand prize: $20,000
First prize: $10,000
Guidelines
- The Association welcomes members to participate, as well as any shelter, spay/neuter clinic, municipal animal care and control, or rescue organization.
- Each organization can submit up to one video per category.
- Videos must have been created between June of 2023 and July of 2024.
- Videos previously submitted for any contest are not eligible for submission.
- Submissions for the following categories can be a maximum of 90 seconds in length: Best Adoption Story, Best Emotional Story, Best Public Service Announcement, Funniest Video.
- Submissions for Best Shelter Brand Awareness can be a maximum of 3 minutes in length.
- All submissions must be in .mov or .mp4 format.
- All submissions must be in English.
- All submissions must be at least 720 x 480 pixels.
- All submissions and have a file size of less than 10 GB.
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. Open to animal shelters, welfare and humane organizations that operate in the 50 U.S./D.C and Canada (excluding Quebec) that are represented by a legal resident of the U.S./D.C. or Canada (excluding Quebec) who is the age of majority in their state/province of residence or older as of date of entry. Void outside the U.S./D.C./CA, in Quebec and where prohibited.
