Why Rachel?

Rachel brings 25 years of nonprofit leadership, including 21 years in animal welfare. She’s built shelters, led capital campaigns, overseen cruelty investigations, and served on The Association’s Board of Trustees. Her coaching style is part Mary Poppins, part Gordon Ramsay: nurturing, principled, direct—and always focused on lasting impact.
