The Director of Animal Operations enjoys developing people and programs, and is passionate about creating solutions to improve outcomes for animals and people in the community. The role provides strategic and operational leadership, overseeing the Animal Care, Adoptions, Intake, and Animal Behavior departments. 3+ years of leadership experience within animal welfare or a related field; experience with shelter population management, behavior programs, and adoptions preferred.
