Meet The Rising Stars, Parts 9 & 10
Last month, we asked current leaders in the field to identify the emerging leaders at their organizations. Meet the dynamic duo rounding out our star-studded lineup
Kaitlyn Gallemore, Director of Access to Care
Lee Allen, Administrative Specialist
Good Shepherd Humane Society
Nominated by: Cole Wakefield, MS, CAWA

Kaitlyn Gallemore was recently promoted to the newly created position of Director of Access to Care at Good Shepherd. She worked hand-in-hand (and did most of the actual work) with me to develop our spay and neuter program, which will provide over 3,000 surgeries this year. Additionally, she is now overseeing vaccine access clinics and is working on expanding rural access to care in Arkansas.
Lee Allen recently returned to Good Shepherd as our Administrative Specialist and also serves in the same role for the national rural working group. Lee has found a passion for working in animal welfare and co-developed a regional information-sharing portal for the major shelters in Northwest Arkansas.
Both Kaitlyn and Lee are skilled, passionate emerging leaders who have already made an impact in Northwest Arkansas. They both can do even more.
