There’s still time to get in on the #TaylorSwiftChallenge

In a move to help shelters everywhere, last week The Pennsylvania SPCA proposed the #TaylorSwiftChallenge. A joint celebration of T-Swift’s birthday, her recognition as TIME‘s Person of the Year, and the hard work of shelters and rescues, the Philly org is suggesting that “everyone pick a local animal shelter and donate in Taylor’s name” on December 13.

Already, we’ve seen quite a bit of uptake. Kansas Humane’s brilliant parody serves as an adoptions promo for available cats, for example, while MSPCA-Angell had some fun with Photoshop for their Facebook fundraiser.  

It’s not too late at all if your org wants in on the fun, just in time for Taylor’s birthday this Wednesday. And if you’re already doing a promo, let us know how it’s going.
