How are you ensuring that visitors feel welcome the minute they enter your facility?
Sacramento County Bradshaw Animal Shelter has taken it next-level—or at least to the Aloha Deck. “We developed a greeting that we call the cruise ship greeting,” shares Director Annette Bedsworth. “All shelter staff line up at opening of each day and greet the customers.”
