Looking for a simple idea that could give someone a much-needed pick-me-up and help develop a daily practice of gratitude? Coming right up.

Drs. Rob McKenna and Daniel Hallak started their recent webinar, Investing in Your People, by asking attendees a simple question:

Who is one person on your team you are grateful for today?

Folks shared their responses in chat and Daniel read them out loud to inspire the group, adding, “You may feel compelled to send that person a quick text or email, or stop by their desk and let them know you appreciate them today.”
