Join us and serve as an advocate for DEI

Once again, we’re seeking folks from across the profession, representing different cultural backgrounds, expertise, and leadership roles, to serve on The Association’s DEI Council. If you are able and willing to commit your time and energy to advancing DEI as a core, integrated priority within The Association’s strategic plan and to advocate for DEI in your animal welfare organizations and with the profession as a whole, please consider applying.

Serving on The Association’s DEI Council involves a two-year commitment (with an optional third year) of meetings and committee work; if this is not an option right now and you are still deeply committed to this work, you may wish to serve alongside your colleagues on one of the DEI subcommittees. Either way, complete the application and we’ll follow up with everyone by the end of March.
