You could be selected to present at The Fall Conference
What: The Association for Animal Welfare Advancement is looking for major innovative projects and programs that have transformed animal welfare within organizations and in the communities they serve.
Why: Your innovative projects/programs could be selected to be presented as part of the Shelter Innovations track at the 2023 Fall Conference for Animal Welfare Advancement in Portland, OR. We’re also considering these ideas being shared across other formats.
What else you need to know: Preference will be given to proposals that have the potential of being replicated and implemented in other communities. Examples include legislation you’ve championed, partnerships you’ve made that have an important impact on your community, and leadership/HR initiatives that have fundamentally changed your organization.
By when: The deadline for submissions is Monday, March 27.
