Get up, stand up—this Monday we’re talking body language.
In her keynote address last week at The Fall Conference for Animal Welfare Advancement, Dr. Sarah Wooten shared the work of Amy Cuddy, a social psychologist who studies body language. “Posture affects your level of confidence,” explained Dr. Wooten, who went on to lead the room through a series of poses—Wonder Woman! Beyonce!—as we tried on these poses for size.
