How To Use the Beginner Section of the DEI Resource Library
The DEI Resource Library features several resources to help you regardless of your professional level. While you may consider yourself advanced with diversity, equity, and inclusion, the beginner section is a great place to start. We encourage you to spend time reflecting and answering the questions below first. The responses will help you consider the resources you need to guide your work. Questions:
- What is your organization’s DEI History?
- What resources does your organization have to support diversity, equity, and inclusion?
- What resources does your organization need to support diversity, equity, and inclusion?
The Association also offers several opportunities for further dialogue, including the DEI Dozen webinar series. Make sure to subscribe to our mailing list for updates.
While this isn’t an exhaustive list, it is a great starting point. Updates will be added on a consistent basis, and we welcome contributions from the community. Please contact us if you have information you would like to be considered for the library.
