What kind of support is provided to participants?
Participants will have access to a user’s guide, a list of job descriptions, and a downloadable list of the questions they can use for preparation. If you still have questions, contact us at email@example.com.
Can more than one person from my organization enter data in our account?
Yes, participating organizations receive one login which may be shared internally so that other staff can log in with it and enter data or run reports.
When will I be able to access and use the aggregated data in the platform?
Organizations that have reached 50% completion (or more) will have access to all reports available in the platform at no cost. Access will be available through December 31, 2020.
Do all the survey questions have to be answered at one time?
No, you can log in and out as many times as necessary, revise your answers and navigate throughout the categories of questions until you have answered the questions to your satisfaction.
Does every survey question have to be answered?
No, some questions can be left unanswered, as not every question applies to every organization. The platform provides a percentage completion statement at the bottom of the home page. It is okay to not achieve 100 percent completion, but it is highly encouraged, because 50 percent completion is required for access to survey results.
How do I submit my data?
No final submit action is needed. Saving answers at the bottom of every page submits your data.
Is our data secure?
Yes, your data is both anonymous to other users and secure. User data anonymity: All comparison data is presented in percentiles and restrictions are in place that require a minimum of ten data points to display results. Transport Security: The platform uses Microsoft’s SChannel (Secure Channel) implementation of SSL to encrypt all communication between our web servers and your browser. The software does not use OpenSSL. Stored data security: Each client’s data is stored in separate SQL Server Enterprise databases, which are encrypted using Transparent Data Encryption (TDE).
